A bit about myself..

I am now 42 and have gambled since I was 18 years old. At 18 I sold my first car and blew all the money in one night down at the casino. In the last 22 years I have tried and purchased every system going, including roulette, horses etc. and even betting bots that do the selections for you based on the amount of money being staked on a race.

None of them have ever worked; I didn't have discipline and I had no bank roll control. Without discipline and bank roll control and a staking system you will fail.

Around 3 years ago I spoke to an old friend of mine who had a bookmakers shop and he told me that fixed odds betting on football were the only bets he didn't like taking, especially 'odds on' or 'near even' money.

Over the following weeks I began looking at UK football and also all kinds of bets including Asian Handicaps / Over Under 2.5 Goals, Half Time /Full Time.. all bets I had never even considered before. I began to paper trade for over 18 months on and off, just studying form, current form, goals scored, goals conceded, which teams scored these goals, which teams had the leakiest defences, who had the best home record / away record; in fact I spent hundreds of hours watching games, reading web sites and really focusing on certain points.

I then took in European leagues followed by Worldwide leagues and looked at all the mistakes I had made previously with discipline, Bank Roll Control, Staking Plan. I also took into account the fact that I wanted to make a bet every day.

I successfully managed a profit for 16 months out of 18 months and in the two months that lost money it was a minimal loss. In the last 12 months of trading I have made a profit every month starting with very small stakes.

I have made some of my selections free on OLBG so that you are able to see the strike rate at around 68%, which is more than enough to produce a decent profit every month; this does not include doubles and trebles.

My bet selections are as follows:

• 1% of bank on weak selections
• 3% medium strength
• 5% strong maximum bet

Each selection I give will have had over an hour of scrutinising the form of both teams, history and current form over 10 games and the last 4 games with amount of goals scored and conceded.
